Brands were quick to starting line of this year's NASCAR Cup Series season.

Despite a one-day rain delay, the 2024 schedule officially got started with the Daytona 500 this week. Data from iSpot shows that 59 different advertisers appeared during the live race, with Samsung Mobile and Wendy's leading by ad minutes, at 3.5 each.

  • Toyota had three minutes of advertising during the race, while Busch Beer had 2.5. Another nine advertisers appeared for 1.5 minutes throughout the event.
  • eBay Motors was among the brands appearing for 1.5 minutes during the race, and figures to be a factor for the rest of the season, too. The NASCAR Cup Series accounted for 7.1% of eBay Motors TV ad impressions in 2023 (No. 1 among all programs).
  • Interestingly, Samsung Mobile did not advertise at all during Daytona 500 or the NASCAR Cup Series last year.
