Gas Station Videos + Linear & Digital Helped Applebee’s Drive 27% Lift In Patrons

A study from MAGNA Media and leading, national on-the-go video network GSTV (“The Power of Video Everywhere”) found that reaching consumers closer to the point of sale – that is, off their couch and out of their homes – can significantly increase purchasing behavior.
- Leveraging GSTV’s network across tens of thousands of fuel retailers, the study found that video ads on GSTV led to 12% more foot traffic into Applebee’s restaurants.
- What’s more? When paired with connected TV and digital ads, video ads at gas pumps drove an even bigger lift in foot traffic to Applebee’s—by 22% and 27%, respectively.
