As streaming continues to capture larger audiences, some brands are leaning into the precision and tailored advertising — and measurable outcomes — that these platforms can offer. In its latest report, iSpot notes which advertisers across all industries focused the most on streaming in Q1 2025. 

  • Allstate ranks No. 1 for streaming share of voice (SOV) at 1.15%; by comparison it’s sixth on linear (0.60%). 
  • Brands like Chick-fil-A and Taco Bell have captured a much bigger footprint on streaming from an SOV standpoint: Chick-fil-A ranked fourth on streaming but No. 23 on linear, while Taco Bell was No. 18 on streaming but No. 95 on linear
  • While linear TV ad impressions for automakers declined year-over-year, some brands are finding more opportunities on streaming. Hyundai had a streaming SOV of 0.75% in Q1, ranking third, but was No. 15 (0.40%) on linear.
