Some of the major takeaways from the report:

  • Nearly one-third of consumers use AI daily, with 53% saying AI improves their experience.
  • 73% support government regulation around AI, while just 12% say that no additional regulation is needed.
  • To that end, trust is the biggest concern regarding AI, as 48% of those surveyed stated it was their top-ranked issue, and 81% expressed at least some concern about AI using personal data.
