As part of its TV transparency report about the first half of 2025, iSpot put a spotlight on three retail ads from top brands driving foot traffic among those seeing the spots on TV.

  • iSpot notes that Dick's Sporting Goods leaned into what worked with star Will Arnett, continuing to utilize a spot that debuted around Father's Day last year to continue to drive store foot traffic in 2025; it measured 581.71% lift over the first six months of this year, despite the creative's relative age.
  • Star power worked for Macy's, too, as Alison Brie returned to mobilize audiences for Mother's Day; which worked to great effect with 205.99% lift in the short window it aired.
