New Heights Reaches… Newer Heights On YouTube

Travis and Jason Kelce’s podcast, New Heights, was among the biggest digital stories in August thanks to a visit from Taylor Swift and later, her engagement to Travis. Data from Tubular Labs showcases how the podcast grew tremendously as a result of its special guest.

• From July to Aug. 2025, New Heights’ U.S. YouTube watch-time soared by nearly 10x month-over-month, while unique domestic viewers climbed almost 7x. 
• Having Swift join (and participate in promos teasing out the appearance) wasn’t just a case of catering to the show’s existing audience – which it did – but also attracting a large collection of new viewers in the process.
• Those new viewers also stuck around, too. In August, the average unique New Heights viewer watched nearly 36 minutes of content; a higher figure than numerous news and sports networks’ own YouTube pages that speaks to the stickiness of the show’s content during the month. 
• Among the top 50 U.S. media & entertainment channels on YouTube, only seven had more minutes watched per video view than New Heights’ 17.6.
