The 2025-26 NBA season was released last week, and one of the bigger headlines was the increase in overall national games. That jump impacts some teams more than others, however, as the data below shows.

  • Four different teams will appear across national TV/streaming networks (ABC/ESPN/NBC/Peacock/Amazon) 34 times: The Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks and Oklahoma City Thunder.
  • Interestingly, those four teams also feature the same breakouts across the NBA's media partners, with 13 games apiece (some overlapping) on Disney properties, 11 on NBC/Peacock and 10 on Amazon Prime Video.
  • Things are not so uniform further down the list, though. The Rockets have fewer ESPN/ABC games than the Timberwolves and Nuggets, but more NBCU games.
  • The Nuggets, who reloaded in the offseason, also have limited exposure on Amazon (just five games), but 12 ESPN/ABC games.
