Dupixent, Sanofi and Regeneron’s immunology drug, had the highest estimated TV ad spend of pharma brands in October, per data from iSpot.tv. It led the ranking with $42.6 million in TV ad spend, up from $29.4 million in September.

  • Dupixent's biggest ticket ad was "Firefighter and Surfer" with an estimated outlay of $16.4 million.
  • Rinvoq, which led for each of the previous three months, moved to second place with $41.7 million in estimated TV ad spend.
  • Latuda, which previously had not been among the top ten, took third place with $22.6 million (up from $8.2 million in Sep.).
