The following is a selection from Brandon Katz of Greenlight Analytics

Paramount Pictures has an important stretch coming up through the beginning of 2026, as it aims to catch up to its theatrical peers in terms of recent box office returns. Data from Greenlight Analytics highlights current expectations for the studio's next few films, and how they differ with regard to certain audiences.

  • Two of Paramount's next three films, The Running Man and Scream 7, have men under 35 as the clearest demographic, both possessing awareness above 45% within the age group, with willingness to pay to watch above 60% for both (and at 77% for Scream 7).
  • Greenlight data highlights that all three films – along with SpongeBob: The Search For SquarePants – have high interest without awareness scores; these are called out as key indicators for converting potential theatrical viewers, since they're already intrigued by the idea.
  • Glen Powell-led The Running Man shows that both Black and Hispanic audiences have a higher willingness to pay to watch, at 61% each; while awareness currently lags for white audiences.
