Nightcap, the conversation show hosted by Shannon Sharpe, Chad Ochocinco and Gilbert Arenas, has seen quick success since its launch last year. By heading to YouTube, the show is gaining new viewers and seeing even more growth in a short period of time.

  • Nightcap earned 284 million U.S. minutes watched across Facebook and YouTube in December, 2023.
  • The show’s watch-time from its 6.1 million unique viewers put the show at No. 4 among all sports creators on the month - just behind the NBA, but ahead of ESPN.
  • The show also had more minutes watched per unique viewer (46.7MM) for the month than all of its more high-profile peers.

With so much sports-related content available for audiences, the proliferation of a new player is notable. In the case of Nightcap, the behind-the-scenes stories, candor and storytelling are embraced by sports fans on social platforms.
